Paw Print & Fur Clipping Policy

We reserve the rights to not provide a paw or nose impression, ink print or fur clipping in the following cases:

• the animal has fleas or parvovirus
• the fur and/or paws are wet or covered with blood, vomit, or feces
• the animal is damaged or decaying
• any circumstance which is deemed to put the health of staff or pets in our shop at risk

The first impression (nose or paw print) and the fur clipping are provided free gratis, thus there will not be a discount provided if these items cannot be provided.  If you pay for additional impressions, ink prints or fur clippings and we cannot provide them, you will not be charged for these additional items.
